2024/25 SEASON TO START ON JULY 27

The new Ebac Northern League season for 2024/25 will start on Saturday, July 27.

And the usual match to start the season – the JR Cleator Cup – will be held on Saturday, July 20 and be contested between Bishop Auckland and Blyth Town.

The match will be held at the South Newsham Playing Fields with a 3pm kick-off.  (Heritage Park is unavailable for the match.)

The fixture list for the new season will be released as soon as possible.  It is usually published on or around the annual general meeting, but the release of the list awaits the outcome of an appeal to the FA by Kendal Town.

The league’s annual presentation dinner is this Friday, with awards given to clubs along with individual awards for top goalscorers, young players, players of the year and managers of the year.

The awards will be announced as they are made on the league’s X (formerly Twitter) platform.

The AGM is on Saturday, June 15 at Billingham Town FC.
