Tow Law Town 3–1 Alnwick Town (Att: 98)

Tow Law Town produced a good performance to beat Alnwick Town at the Ironworks Road Ground.  The home side took the lead when Archie Small opened the scoring on 37 minutes and doubled the lead shortly before the hour mark when he scored again.   Jamie Robbins added a third on 72 minutes, and although George Hedley replied almost immediately for Alnwick, the hosts remained in control to see out the win.  The Lawyers are in 20th spot with Alnwick Town in 10th.

Park View AFC 2–1 Durham United (Att: 51)

Stephen Siyanbola put Park View ahead early on after only seven minutes Durham United drew level on 38 minutes through Tomas Boothroyd’s penalty. Stephen Siyanbola then scored what turned out to be the winner for the hosts on the hour mark.  Reyhan Grimaud was dismissed on 74 minutes to reduce the home side to ten men.  But Park View held firm despite the numerical disadvantage.  Park View are 5th with Durham United in 16th.

Esh Winning 2–1 FC Hartlepool (Att: 54)

Esh Winning conjured up their fourth win of the season with a close victory over  FC Hartlepool.  The visitors struck first through Tom Gavin on seven minutes, but Esh Winning responded impressively. Jonathan Swift levelled on 19 minutes and Malachi Ray-Tharpe (42) put the hosts ahead before half-time. Ten minutes into stoppage time, Hartlepool were awarded a penalty, but Mikey McGee was unable to convert, allowing Esh to secure all three points.  Esh remained at the bottom of the table still eight points adrift with FC Hartlepool in 7th.

Newcastle University 0–1 Jarrow FC (Att: 61)

A closely contested affair was settled by a single goal on 58 minutes, Declan Bissett finishing clinically to give Jarrow FC the edge. Newcastle University pressed for an equaliser but were unable to break down a disciplined visiting defence.  Jarrow remained in 3rd with Newcastle University, mid-table in 11th.

Billingham Synthonia 1–3 Ryton & Crawcrook Albion (Att: 76)

Ryton came from behind to take the points back North. Synthonia started brightly, Freddie McBride putting them ahead after 13 minutes. Ryton & Crawcrook Albion responded before the interval through Louis Anderson (42) to level the score at the break. Shortly after the restart, Freddie McBride’s(47)  unfortunate own goal handed the visitors the lead, and Louis Anderson added his second in stoppage time to secure victory. The game also saw Will Lawrence shown a red card for the home side.  Synthonia are in 19th with Ryton in 8th.

AFC Newbiggin 2–2 Yarm & Eaglescliffe (Att: 58)

An eventful clash saw the points shared at the Newbiggin Community Centre.  Joshua Larkin (3) gave Yarm & Eaglescliffe an early lead, but Ben Middleton (6) equalised within three minutes. Matthew Nelson put Newbiggin ahead just before the break and they went into the interval leading 2-1.  The hosts were reduced to ten men when Harvey Hills was sent off on 50 minutes. Yarm’s second half pressure eventually told as Daniel Jones (90+6) struck a stoppage-time equaliser.  Newbiggin are in 14th with Yarm still in 2nd place, five points adrift of Redcar Town.

Sunderland RCA 1–2 Redcar Town (Att: 146)

Redcar Town keep their noses in front with another three points on the road.  First-half goals from Lewis Porritt (17) and Alex Bruton (31) put Redcar in control. Sunderland RCA improved after the break and Tafari Nicholas reduced the deficit on 61 minutes, but Redcar defended resolutely to claim the points.  Redcar remained top of the table, five points ahead of Yarm with Sunderland RCA in 15th.

Boldon CA 1–2 Sunderland West End (Att: 50)

Sunderland West End led through Tristan Ajavon’s (15) early strike and extended their advantage via Tom Hunter (59) just before the hour. Boldon’s persistence was rewarded late on when Luke Grant found the net on 88 minutes, though the visitors held on for victory.  Boldon are in 18th with West End in 13th.

Seaham Red Star 2–0 Billingham Town (Att: 148)

Seaham made a good start with Jayden Gray scoring on nine minutes. Billingham Town battled to get back into the contest, but John Anderson’s 90th-minute goal for the hosts ensured they claimed a comfortable win.  Seaham are in 6th while Billingham Town remained in 12th.

Grangetown Boys Club 1–0 Darlington Town (Att: 90)

A tightly fought encounter appeared destined for a stalemate until Lewis Martin struck in the 90th minute. His late intervention sparked celebrations as Grangetown Boys Club secured a dramatic victory. Grangetown are in 17th and Darlington Town are in 9th.
