The league season starts on Saturday, July 29.

In the first division the two newly-promoted clubs – Boro Rangers and Birtley Town – are both away on the opening Saturday, at Northallerton Town and Redcar Athletic.

The two clubs relegated from the Northern Premier League – North Shields and Shildon – are pitted against Seaham Red Star and West Allotment Celtic respectively:  Shields at home and Shildon away.

In the second division, two of the new clubs – FC Hartlepool and Newcastle Blue Star – are away for their first match, at Easington Colliery and Jarrow respectively; while Yarm and Eaglescliffe are at home to Prudhoe YC Seniors.

Two of the new clubs – Blue Star and Yarm & Eaglescliffe – meet a few days later at Blue Star, on Tuesday, August 1.

League chairman Glenn Youngman said: “The release of the fixture list is always keenly anticipated by clubs and fans and it means the start of the new season is just that little bit closer.

“I’m sure that both divisions will be very competitive, with plenty of clubs battling for the top spots.

“We hope everyone enjoys some fantastice games in the months ahead.”

The fixtures for the first division teams on Saturday, August 5 will be moved as this is the date for the extra-preliminary round of the FA Cup.  The cup dates were only confirmed by the FA at the end of last week when our fixture list had already been prepared.

Other individual fixtures will be re-arranged to Friday nights following requests from clubs.
