End of season message from LMC

The Ebac Northern League would not be able to operate without the work of the hundreds of volunteers at clubs around the league.

At the best of times, the commitment of members of committees, ground staff, referees, their assistants and other volunteers is exceptional.

This season has seen an unprecedented number of fixtures being postponed because of the bad weather we endured for several months. That placed a real burden on all of them, but their work has ensured that grounds and pitches were prepared and matches played.

Many players have also had to cope with playing several games in a very short period of time, sometimes on successive days.

And finally, to all the fans and spectators who support the Ebac Northern League, we appreciate all the effort you make in coming to our matches.

We are very grateful to all of you.
