FA COMPETITIONS – ACCEPTED CLUBS AND EXEMPTIONS
The FA have today released details of clubs who have been accepted into the FA Cup and FA Vase competitions for 2026/2027.
All 22 of our First Division clubs will participate in both competitions. North Shields will receive an exemption to the Second Round Proper of the FA Vase
Our Second Division clubs are not eligible for the FA Cup, but 18 of the 20 clubs will participate in the FA Vase. AFC Newbiggin and Stokesley SC are the two who will not feature in the competition in 2026/2027.

The draws for the first two rounds of each competition is due to be released by The FA next Friday (3rd July).
